Get Pumped Up: Puncture Class

We'll show you how to get the  wheels off, get the tyre off, how to mend inner tubes and how to get it all put back together again. We'll also go over the basic terminology, so don't be worried.

Get to Know Your Bike

We want to empower you to cycle as far as you want. We hope to give you the confidence to take ownership of your bike. 


We'll be covering the fundamentals of bike maintenance as well as teaching you how to do a basic "m check" on your bike. To start, we'll do an introduction to the key vocabulary of the parts of your bike, as well as a look at the names and uses of the tools you should have in your essential repair kit. 


This is a safe space for womxn and LGBTQ+ people.

Concessions

Concessions are available for Students, Refugees, Asylum Seekers, people on Universal Credit, those in Part-Time employment, those on PIP, or people working in an un-paid care capacity. 


If you are unable to afford the Concessions prices, please speak to us so that we can work out a suitable alternative arrangement.  

Complete Class Pass

If you would like a complete pass to attend any or all of the classes you want for one year the Complete Class Pass is £90.

1 to 1 DIY Tutorial

Fix Your Own Bike

Do you want to have a go at fixing your own bike, but want to be walked through it by a qualified mechanic? SpokesPerson now offers virtual 1 to 1 tutorials. Following an online (or in person, if you live in Cardiff) consultation, to assess what tools and parts you might need, we walk you through the process via video call.

£30 and hour, plus £5 for each additional half hour 


Or  £90 for the ”As Long As It Takes” Overhaul Service
